Misako Kurata (Mama)

Character: Misako Kurata (Mama) Series: Kodomo no Omocha Worn: Tekkoshocon 2003

The kimono was purchased from Rising Sun Imports at Animazement 2002. Acquiring the squrrel was a bit difficult, but I managed to find one. My mom helped me out to make two variations of a hat. The base is a kahki wool brimmed hat. The decorations are attached to popcorn buckets that fit nicely over the hat. I have two variations.
