Character: Kelly Series: Bust a Groove (Move) 2 Worn: Otakon 2001

This was an amusing costume. Of the four costumes I worn at Otakon 2001, this was the one that got the most comments. I don't get it. *shrug* But, at least I was recognized. I bought the shirt, badge, hat and orange cone (over a regular houshold flashlight) at a uniform store that supplies clothing for actual cops. So it looks really good.
